• Provide accurate and current account and institutional information
• Protect login credentials and prevent unauthorized account access
• Use the platform only for lawful educational and administrative purposes
• Avoid misuse, abuse, scraping, reverse engineering, or attempts to compromise security

4. Account Access and Suspension

PathSutra may restrict or suspend access for policy violations, suspicious activity, non-payment, or unauthorized usage.

5. Data and Privacy

Schools retain ownership of their institutional records. PathSutra processes data as a service provider in line with its Privacy Policy.

6. Billing and Payments

Pricing, plan scope, and renewal schedules follow written agreements with the institution. Fees paid are non-refundable unless required by law or written contract.

7. AI Feature Usage

AI-generated outputs are assistive in nature and must be reviewed by authorized school personnel before operational or academic decisions are made.

8. Service Availability

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services at all times due to maintenance, network, or third-party dependencies.

9. Intellectual Property

PathSutra platform design, software, and branding are protected intellectual property of PathSutra Company unless otherwise stated.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PathSutra is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from service use.

11. Changes to Terms

PathSutra may update these terms when required. Continued usage after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
